TripYapper is run by De Silva Group AB, a Swedish company. By using TripYapper, you agree to these terms.
Terms of Service
Using TripYapper
The free courses are free. You don't need an account.
Without an account, your progress is saved in your browser only. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, it's gone.
With an account, your progress is saved on our servers and syncs across your devices. Keep your password to yourself.
Buying expansions
Expansions are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions. The price at checkout is the final price, including VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Once you've paid, the expansion is unlocked on your account for as long as TripYapper offers it. It's for your personal use. Don't share your account, resell access, or copy the content.
Right of withdrawal
Expansions are digital content that you get access to immediately. At checkout, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the expansion is unlocked.
If an expansion doesn't work or isn't what we described, you're still entitled to a fix or a refund under consumer law. Email us.
Lesson content
Lessons are created with the help of automated tools and reviewed by us. They can still contain mistakes. Don't rely on TripYapper in medical, legal or emergency situations.
Found a mistake? Email us.
Things you can't do
- Access other people's accounts
- Get around payments
- Scrape, copy or redistribute course material
- Attack or overload the service
We may suspend accounts that do.
The app, the brand and the course material belong to De Silva Group AB.
Changes to the service
We update TripYapper over time. If we remove an expansion you've bought, or shut TripYapper down, we'll tell you in advance. Your rights under consumer law still apply.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed train because of a wrong translation. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change affects customers who've bought something, we'll email them before it takes effect.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protection of that country. Contact us first if something's wrong. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
